Five of them
A theme is not a colour swap. Each one changes the palette, the lock-screen scene, the card style, the message sounds, the vibration patterns, the charging indicator and the chime when you plug it in. Every animation here was drawn by the pager itself.
Or make your own
Pick your colours, see them on the real screens, give the theme a name and put it on your pager or T-Deck over USB. It joins these five under Settings → Theme, and it stays on your device.
Squatch
terminal greenPines, mountains and a sasquatch walking the ridge. Clean sine chimes, a steady double buzz, and a lightning bolt on the battery while it charges.

Blocks
grass, dirt, pixel skyA blocky world under a pixel moon. Soft decaying piano notes, quick taps like chipping at a block, and a stepped pixel bolt when charging.

Hero
night hills, heartsA castle on the horizon, a hooded figure, and a row of hearts that tracks your battery. Square-wave fanfares, and the charging mark is a little heart.

Aurora
northern lightsCurtains of light over a dark ridge. Slow bell tones, long gentle vibration, and a four-point star on the battery that drifts through the sky's colours while it charges.

Halloween
trick or treatThe sasquatch goes out in costume, and it's a different one every time the screen comes on: zombie, witch, vampire, ghost, pumpkin head, skeleton or mummy. Where he walks changes too: a street of lit houses, a graveyard, a pumpkin patch, or the woods below a haunted house. The sounds are little tunes with a rhythm rather than beeps (two knocks and a ghost for a message), and the buzz is a heartbeat. Its screen changes are its own as well: slime runs down, bats sweep across, the lock screen opens like a pair of doors, locking lights a jack-o'-lantern, and the screen wakes to lightning.

Switching
On the pager: Settings → Theme. It takes effect immediately, including the sounds and vibration. The lock screen also carries a rotating one-liner, and each theme has its own lines mixed in with the general ones. Themes you made in the theme maker are in the same list, under the five built-in ones.
